The album "I Must Be Dreaming" is the first new album from Alabama Shakes in more than a decade. It builds on the fearless and experimental sound of "Sound & Color" (2015), but moves even further into an intense and psychedelic soul universe. The songs revolve around the passage of time, mortality, love in all its forms, and the sometimes surreal experience of modern life.

The album is produced by Alabama Shakes alongside longtime collaborator Shawn Everett and recorded at Sound Emporium Studios and Blackbird Studio in Nashville. The result is an an album that retains the band's characteristic energy, while also exploring more atmospheric and dreamlike soundscapes with an impressive sense of atmosphere and detail.

Released on limited Sky Blue colored vinyl with a printed inner sleeve.
