Legendary Lore of the Holy Wells of England
Bob Drake
Highly intriguing experiment in atmospheric, minimalist exposition using texts drawn directly from The Legendary Lore of the Holy Wells of England (1893) by English antiquary & inventor of the folding umpire's chair, Robert Charles Hope. 13 chapters: voices, organ, piano & cathedral. Hallucinatory, educational, mysterious, efficacious to the elevation of the spirit-with serious compositional heft!
