Triple collection of Westerns based on novels by Zane Grey. In 'Thunder Mountain' (1947) Marvin Hayden (Tim Holt) finds himself being framed for murder after a territorial feud over Hayden's ranch ends in tragic consequences. With his freedom on the line, it is up to his friends Chito (Richard Martin) and Ginger (Virginia Owen) and his lawyer Jim Gardner (Jason Robards) to reveal the identity of the true killer.

In 'Under the Tonto Rim' (1947), stagecoach operator Brad Canfield (Holt) sets out to track down a member in a gang of highway robbers who kills one of the stagecoach drivers. With vengeance on his mind, Brad attempts to infiltrate the gang and bring the killer to justice. Finally, in 'West of the Pecos' (1945) Colonel Lambeth (Thurston Hall) and his daughter Rill (Barbara Hale) get lost in the desert on their way out west.

They are saved by Pecos (Robert Mitchum) and Chito (Martin) but soon become embroiled in Pecos' troubles.
