Fairytale Ballets

Collection of four productions of ballets based on fairy stories. In Delibes' 'Coppélia', featuring Dorothée Gilbert and Mathias Heymann, Koen Kessels conducts the Orchestre Colonne. Prokofiev's 'Cinderella', also conducted by Kessels, stars Agnès Letestu and José Martinez.

Tchaikovsky's 'Swan Lake', conducted by Vello Pähn, is performed by the Paris Opera Ballet and Orchestra. In 'The Sleeping Beauty', also composed by Tchaikovsky, Ermanno Florio leads the Holland Symfonia, while the Dutch National Ballet dance Peter Wright's choreography.
