Find out what is hiding under the streets of the city. Growing up as a foster child on the streets of Portland, Oregon, Judas Vero had heard the stories of the Shanghai tunnels his whole life. A dark world where women were used for sex and men were kidnapped to be sold as slaves. It was a place from which many never returned. When the bodies of three men are found hanging from one of the city's most famous landmarks, Judas is enlisted by his closest friend Revel to journey into a realm he thought had long been abandoned. Now he must enter into a world filled with surreal subterranean environments, exotic animals, and three eccentric and theatrical crime bosses known as "The Lord of Blood," "The Lord of Flesh," and "The Lord of Minds." Navigating his way through this climate, he must integrate his way into the only family he now knows. While doing so, he must also help find the man responsible for the deaths of the young men, an infamous killer now targeting the organization's members. An elusive figure known only in the tunnels as "The Lord of Death."
