Creating a Culture of Teaching and Learning: Many a teacher would give an arm and a leg to find more effective ways in enhancing teaching and learning in the classroom. With regard to classroom methodologies, teachers are facing strong competion from the electronic media and other multi-media resources available in contemporary times. The challenge is therefore to stay relevant and to attract learner attention and interest for as long as possible in a contact session. This demands of teachers to be innovative and proactive in their approach by employing effective classroom methodologies and teaching styles that reach all students.
