You have been cordially invited to see the works of how a poet works himself into feeling better via Poetry. As you read this, You may think.. Wow this guy is depressed. Well yes and no, The simple fact of the matter is.. As you see poems that sound well depressing. It does not mean what was written was carried on to feelings that festered. surely depression stayed after some of these writings but mostly by writing pain and frustration at times in this case, well it is left there . Such a great release. Who needs a psychologist when you are a poet? These writings are a testament for keeping on keeping on. from an introvert perspective to say the least. Not all the time but for the most part an introvert in the majority of the spectrum of life as a whole. And having a book is a great way to look at the history of self. see where the poet in say this case has evolved. A testament of perhaps feeling better than each word led on. So in the feelings of agony and defeat come a better understanding of the situation upon researching one self. Maybe there is meds that are used. But do they work? Not so much those for which are swallowed as much as those that come from a muse. That are woven from the heart, mind and yes soul. Creating a endless universe of words through imagery and feelings. And in this case experiences upon the feelings of mental awareness and being able to express them at will. So there you go. A Poet's will to express himself through his feelings and emotions. What did you get out of it after reading? Honesty is always great to experience no matter where it came from . Explore and if need be implore. The Poet has so much more in store. That is for sure.
