This inspirational word to Robert Choate enabled him, through trials of testing, to one day be sent to the nations. A poor welfare surfer boy from the streets of coastal California, it seemed impossible. He had no family, no money, no social status, no real education. He lived on the streets and had no hope. By God's transforming power, Robert Choate rose to the challenge and built an international ministry, marked by controversy, achievement, and setbacks.
