Odds On Murder

Danny is a twenty-nine-year-old penniless loner without a decent job. Seemingly by chance, Danny meets Mandy, the most beautiful woman he has ever set eyes upon, who is also rich into the bargain. And what's more, she agrees to spend the evening with him. Danny can't believe his good luck. Mandy then invites Danny to attend a function at her mansion. Here he meets her husband, a notorious gangster, criminal and racehorse owner. Danny falls hopelessly in love with Mandy. But in the back of his mind is always the suspicion that he is a pawn in something devious and deadly. Suddenly Danny becomes unwittingly embroiled in the sordid world of race-fixing, blackmail, intrigue and murder.
