Topic Continuity of Short English Texts

This book is a summary of a research on topic continuity of English short texts. The texts analyzed were from a reading textbook designated for intermediate English learners. The texts might have been obsolete but the methodology of the research is still relevant today. Measuring topic continuity of texts might be helpful for teachers and learning materials developers to provide learners with reading materials of their level.
