In 1864, a group of Union soldiers, investigating allegations of slavery, paid a surprise visit to the McKenna family's Kansas farmstead.
The McKennas, their two farmhands, and the Union soldiers all vanish, never to be seen again.
Dr. Donald Brammer, a professor of psychology and the paranormal, challenges his students to uncover the truth of what happened at the McKenna farm nearly 150 years earlier. Dr. Brammer and four of his graduate students prepare for an in-depth investigation of the mysterious happenings on the farm.
Armed with the best state-of-art equipment available, including infrared thermal scanners and EMF detectors, the group sets up camp at the farm. Their goal is to make contact with the spirits so they can interrogate them. Despite all their training, the team can't possibly anticipate what will happen next. They are about to embark on an incredible journey across time, one filled with intrigue and suspense.
If they have any hope of survival, the five-member group will need to pull together using all their wits and teamwork-and hope that will be enough to get them through this.
