Cosmopsychology--the relationship between the cosmos and psyche--integrates astrology, psychology, metaphysics, and spirituality. It is a holistic synthesis of psychological, predictive, karmic, & spiritual astrology. The basics of natal astrology--the signs, houses, and planets--are presented here in terms of the cosmopsychological approach. Historic developments in western astrology that led up to modern cosmopsychology are presented here. From a holistic perspective, predictive astrology describes the probable external events or outer manifestations of the inner conflicts and interior dynamics revealed through psychological astrology. Karmic astrology reminds us that our chart is a guide to the unfinished business--our prarabdha karma--that we have come here to complete. It is the tip of the iceberg, so-to-speak, of our accumulated experiences--our sanchit karma. Spiritual astrology reminds us of our dharma--our spiritual duty or calling in this lifetime--and of our overall goal of Self-realization.
