Testimony Immemorial: the Survival Stories of Rina Najman and Eliahu Szydlowski

Eliahu Szydlowski, a young Jew living in Krakow at the time of the Nazi invasion, was quickly separated from his family and sent to work as a prisoner of the Hasag Corporation in camps throughout Poland, Germany and Austria. Rina Najman's parents, also Polish Jews, secured fake Baptismal papers for their youngest child and sent her to work as a Nanny for a Catholic family in a town distanced from her Staszow, Poland home in a desperate attempt to shield her from the Germans. Testimony Immemorial is the story of both of these remarkable people as they struggled to survive and ultimately found each other while mourning the family they lost.
