When we eat the meat from any animal, along with it comes cholesterol and saturated fat. These substances increase the viscosity of the blood; therefore, the blood will not reach the most difficult areas of the brain, such as the hippocampus cells with oxygen. The hippocampus is where physical memory settles; therefore, when oxygen is lacking, the cells of the hippocampus will die little by little, until they reach the condition of Alzheimer's disease.
