The Fall of Wilderland
Benjamin John Peters
My name is Olwyn, and I am old. I have lived to see the Graybeards rot, Forest vanish, and Eld slain. I am the librarian of Wilderland, and these are my notes. Perhaps life will explode once more within the cosmos, take root, and evolve. Should that happen, then contained herein is the explanation of how one forest teeming with life surrendered everything for nothing. I am the last, and I offer these notes as absolution. May I be forgiven. Though by whom, I cannot say.
