Town Marshal John Buckner orders his deputy Gilbert Chávez to track Jaclyn down. Sherri becomes involved with Justin Putnam, a pro pool player in town to play in a documentary about the legendary J. C. Forkner that is being filmed at his Last Chance saloon. Rosie River, an excellent pool player in her own right, also in Upland to locate Jaclyn and Sherri, takes up with the women-sort of. Mayhem pursues, and Upland police officers try to solve a murder.
